01Protected fields
Protect what matters.
An admin chooses the fields whose approved values matter: an amount, a deadline, a scope, a status. Only those fields become part of the confirmed state.

Approval integrity for monday.com
Designed to confirm the exact state of important monday.com fields. Planned: if protected values change, Ariavel Seal marks its seal broken and shows exactly what changed. In product validation; not yet available for installation.
Ariavel Seal is currently in product validation and is not yet available for public installation.

The app today
Captured from the actual Ariavel Seal Draft using fictional data. You can inspect current values and prepare a policy; saving, confirmation and monitoring remain unavailable.
The problem
A monday.com item can keep changing after someone marks it Approved. Often that is exactly how work should flow. But when an amount, a deadline or a scope matters, teams need to know:
Ariavel Seal adds an integrity layer for the workflows where post-approval changes matter. It works alongside your monday.com approval process rather than replacing it.
How it is designed to work
Inside Ariavel Seal
Illustrative future states, captured from the local Seal prototype with fictional data. Real monday Draft views remain read-only; confirmation and monitoring are not enabled.
01Protected fields
An admin chooses the fields whose approved values matter: an amount, a deadline, a scope, a status. Only those fields become part of the confirmed state.
02Human confirmation
The reviewer sees the protected values and explicitly selects Confirm & Seal. A monday.com status change alone does not create a seal, and changed values need a new review.
03Clear integrity status
Every sealed item shows one of three plain states, each with its own label and symbol.
04Exact change comparison
When a protected value changes, the comparison lists each field with its confirmed and current value. Numbers keep their exact decimals and show the difference.
05Controlled reapproval
A broken seal stays broken, even if someone changes the value back. A new human review creates the next confirmed state, and the earlier seal is kept as history.
06History
Each confirmation, break and successor seal appears in order, so the team can see which state was confirmed and what replaced it.
Verification Required
A matching value on its own is not enough. If Ariavel Seal cannot safely confirm the current integrity state, it is designed not to show a confident green result. It shows VERIFICATION REQUIRED until verification succeeds.
The Draft on video
Recorded inside a real monday.com board with fictional data. It shows what runs today; confirmation and monitoring are not enabled yet.
Product boundaries
By design, integrity checks are deterministic, people make every confirmation and nothing is reapproved silently.
Pricing
Plans will be published here before installation becomes available.
Coming soon. Early access is an expression of interest, with no purchase or subscription.
Tell us which fields matter after approval: a budget, a deadline, a scope or a decision. Early access will help shape the first release. Ariavel Seal is currently in product validation and is not yet available for public installation.
Read-only Draft Board and Item views have been observed on monday.com. Durable confirmation, change signals and recovery still require real-platform validation.
Text, numbers, dates without time, status and checkbox are the initial field scope. Formula, mirror and connected-board fields are not supported yet. The screenshots illustrate future functionality from the local prototype, rather than a released monday.com workflow.
Questions
More answers in the Help Center.
No. Ariavel Seal tracks the integrity of the protected approved state. It is not a row-locking tool, and people can keep editing items as before.
No. Approved makes the item eligible. A person still reviews the protected values and chooses Confirm & Seal.
By design, the existing seal becomes broken, and Ariavel Seal shows the deterministic before and after comparison when it can verify the change. This has been shown only in the local prototype, not yet in monday.com.
The old seal does not become valid again. A new review is required, and the broken seal stays in the history.
Ariavel Seal could not safely establish positive integrity, so it does not show the item as sealed until verification succeeds.
No. By design, seal validity is deterministic: protected values are compared exactly. AI has no part in deciding validity.
No. Ariavel Seal marks its own seal as broken. It does not change or invalidate the monday.com status.
Not yet. It is in product validation, and early access is being prepared. There is no public installation, listing or pricing yet.
