These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Ariavel Sourcing (the "App"), provided by Theodoros Pitsikos (independent developer, trading as Ariavel), Greece ("Ariavel", "we"). By installing or using the App, the monday.com account holder ("Customer", "you") accepts these Terms on behalf of its organisation.
1. The service
The App is a monday.com app for creating requests for quotation, inviting suppliers through a secure portal, collecting and comparing quotes, and recording award decisions. It runs on monday.com's platform (monday code) and requires an active monday.com account. monday.com's own terms govern your use of monday.com.
2. Accounts and access
Access is controlled through your monday.com account and its user permissions. You are responsible for your users, for the suppliers you invite, and for keeping supplier portal links confidential. Share each portal link only with the supplier it was created for.
3. Plans, trial and billing
The App starts with a 14-day free trial, followed by the paid plans shown on its monday.com Marketplace listing. If no paid plan is chosen when the trial ends, the App becomes read-only: your data stays viewable and exportable, but new RFQs, invitations, awards and uploads are blocked until a plan is chosen. monday.com's Marketplace billing handles subscriptions, payments, renewals, upgrades, downgrades and cancellations.
Refunds. monday.com handles app subscription refunds through Marketplace billing. Under its current app policy, cancelling within 30 days of the initial purchase triggers an automatic refund. Later or exceptional refund requests require developer approval before monday.com can process them. For help with a refund, contact monday.com support (support@monday.com) or email us. Nothing in these Terms limits refunds that applicable law requires.
We will give at least 30 days' notice of price changes, which take effect at your next renewal.
4. Your data
You keep all rights to the data that you and your suppliers submit ("Customer Data"). You give us a limited licence to process Customer Data only to provide, secure and support the App. We process personal data as your processor, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to share supplier data with the App and to invite suppliers. You can export or delete backend RFQ data in the App's Settings; records in monday.com app storage, including Ariavel-managed suppliers and possible legacy RFQ copies, require a separate removal request. Uninstalling the App deletes data as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You must not: use the App unlawfully or to send spam; upload malware, or content you have no right to share; try to access other tenants' data or get around security measures; reverse engineer the App, except where the law allows; or overload the service.
6. Intellectual property
We own the App and all related intellectual property. We may use any feedback you give us without obligation to you.
7. Availability and support
We aim to keep the App available and provide support as described on our Support page. The App depends on monday.com's platform. We are not responsible for outages of monday.com or its infrastructure providers.
8. Procurement decisions
The App helps you organize and compare quotes. It does not give legal, financial or procurement advice. You remain responsible for your sourcing and award decisions, and for checking supplier information, prices, currency conversions and calculations.
The optional AI Bid Analyst generates its analysis with monday.com's hosted AI when you choose to run it. Its output is advisory, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and must be verified against the comparison before any award decision. Ariavel never awards a supplier or changes procurement data based on AI output. Using AI Bid Analyst requires monday AI access and consumes your account's monday AI tokens under monday.com's applicable terms.
9. Warranties and disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Term and termination
How we contact you. We may email the account's admins or the person who contacted support about service, security, billing or legal matters related to the App. We do not send marketing emails unless you ask for them.
These Terms apply while the App is installed. You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these Terms. When access ends, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will announce material changes in the App or on this page at least 30 days before they take effect.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. The courts of Greece have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory statutory rights.
